Developed a comprehensive merchant portal enabling users to manage up to 20 shops, track open/close status, and broadcast real-time promotions via WebSockets. Additionally built a centralized Super Admin dashboard to oversee operations, user suspensions, complaint resolutions, and dynamic pricing.
